About
The workshop behind the leather.
Tannoir is a maker-direct leather house. We design, cut, stitch, and finish leather goods for play in our own workshop, and sell them wholesale to boutiques, concept stores, adult retailers, and online stockists. No trading desk in between, no relabelled catalogue stock — the pieces on your shelf come off our benches.
Who makes it
Tannoir was founded by Hanan Ahsan and is based in Sialkot, Pakistan — a city that has lived on leather for well over a century. Sialkot's workshops supply gloves, jackets, and technical leather goods to brands across Europe and North America, and the trades that support that industry — tanning, cutting, saddle stitching, edge finishing — are taught here the way family recipes are.
We put that skill to work on a category most of the city doesn't touch: leather made for play. Harnesses, collars, cuffs, restraints, and the rest of the line are patterned and made in-house by a small team, with the founder on the workshop floor, not in a sales office.

What it's made of
The core line is full-grain vegetable-tanned leather with solid brass hardware, set by hand. Edges are burnished, not painted over. Every piece carries the embossed TN mark. It is craft, not costume — the difference a customer feels the moment they pick a collar off your wall.
- Full-grain vegetable-tanned leather on the core line
- Exotic leathers — including python — for qualified projects
- Solid brass hardware, set by hand
- Hand-burnished edges and saddle-stitched stress points
- Discreet packaging, shipped worldwide — and we repair what we make
How we work with stockists
Tannoir is wholesale-first and retailers-only. Apply for trade access and qualified stockists receive the lookbook, wholesale pricing, and terms — usually within one business day. First orders start at MOQ 12 mixed across the line, core lead times run two to four weeks, and custom design, private label, and on-demand work are part of the conversation from the start.
If you are weighing up how a maker-direct house compares with a distributor catalogue, the trade guide in our journal walks through it. Personal, single-piece orders live on the Signature collar page — different path, different pricing.
